When you register we collect your name (only the initials of which will be posted on the prayer site), your email address, and location. This allows us to ensure that the prayer requests entered are valid and that information is not being added to our site by persons who are not laboring in the Lord's work. In addition to the above information, we collect additional information, such as your church name and pastor's name, in order for us to provide you with specific prayer suggestions. We also collect information such as the name and location of any prayer group you might be involved in FOR STATISTICAL REASONS ONLY. These pieces of information are not used for any other purpose. Prayer requests are collected only for display on the website. They are not used in any other forum. Requests displayed on the website will be displayed with the initials and state or locator information (not city) ONLY, No names or cities will be displayed. INALLTHINGSPRAY.ORG will never disclose email addresses, names, or any other information collected through this website, or send promotional e-mail to addresses provided through the registration process. We may, however, send e-mail reminders when your prayer time slot is about to expire/expired or send important announcements regarding the INALLTHINGSPRAY.ORG website only. All personal data collected is protected against unauthorized access. Without regard to any other provision of this privacy policy, we reserve the right to disclose any information in our possession or control if we believe there is a danger of imminent harm to any person. Our belief may be based upon a prayer request, e-mail, or other submission to this site. We may disclose this information to any person we consider appropriate, including law enforcement authorities, health care providers, or counseling personnel. We are not a counseling service or a crisis intervention center. Our right to release information does not create any obligation on our part to recognize when harm may be imminent; to disclose information; nor to exercise a duty of care in selecting who will receive the information.
